Maternity Cover Contract Coordinator - Client Service

Arcus FM is seeking a Contract Coordinator for our Cirencester site on a six-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover. The role supports the Account Manager, delivers exceptional client service, and coordinates appointments for engineers in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage customer queries, maintain records in in-house systems, and liaise with internal teams and external contractors to meet contractual objectives and KPIs.
