Salary: OTE up to £55,480 (Uncapped)
Basic Salary: Up to £46,000 depending on qualifications, plus £3,000 Productivity Bonus and Time Saved Bonus Scheme
Working Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:00am to 12:30pm) on a rota basis.
Pybus Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Master Technician to join a well-established and growing automotive dealership in Battersea.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Master Vehicle Technician looking to take the next step in their career with a business that invests heavily in training, development, and career progression.
Working alongside a skilled team of Technicians and Apprentices, you will be responsible for carrying out vehicle servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and health checks using the latest manufacturer technology. You will receive ongoing support from the Aftersales Management team and have access to manufacturer-accredited training, including Hybrid and Electric Vehicle qualifications.
- Carry out vehicle inspections and health checks in line with manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
- Complete routine servicing and maintenance work
- Conduct additional repair work as authorised by the customer
- Complete warranty repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Carry out road tests to ensure repairs have been completed successfully
- Maintain accurate and high-quality job card and repair documentation
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard

- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
- Proven experience within a dealership or independent garage environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Hybrid and Electric Vehicle experience
- Advanced diagnostic experience
