What you'll be doing
  • Carrying out complex diagnostic, warranty and repair work across a wide range of vehicles.
  • Completing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repairs safely, efficiently and in line with manufacturer standards.

  • Upholding exceptional quality, safety and process standards at all times.
What we're looking for
  • A fully qualified Master Technician (Level 3 IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
  • Strong experience across both diagnostic and servicing work, with solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Someone who thrives in a team environment, follows process and takes pride in delivering work right first time.
  • A natural mentor who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting the development of others.
  • We will also consider a Senior Diagnostic Technician working towards Master level (this would include 1 in 2 Saturday AMs).
What you'll receive in return
  • Industry-leading pay with uncapped bonus potential.
  • Manufacturer training, including electric & hybrid accreditation to support your long-term development.
  • Clear career pathways with ongoing brand accreditations and progression opportunities.
  • Financial security through life assurance, pension scheme and tool insurance.
  • Exclusive colleague perks, wellbeing support and access to a comprehensive employee benefits platform.
