Job Description
  • Purpose of the Position

Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and updating of master data for items, suppliers, and prices in the company's systems. Provide key support in the implementation of new clients, ensure the correct parameterization of systems, and contribute to operational efficiency through reports and data analysis.

  • Main Responsibilities
  1. Collect and validate information with suppliers and internal departments for the creation and maintenance of master data.
  2. Manage the creation, modification, updating, and deactivation of master data for items, suppliers, and prices in corporate systems.
  3. Prepare and maintain price lists for Sales and the Procurement departments.
  4. Activate and deactivate assortments for stores and manage substitutions in Kisoft.
  5. Create and maintain databases (ACCESS) for waste declaration.
  6. Request customs codes and supplier registrations at the central level.
  7. Generate reports in SAP and Power BI related to prices, sales, and other key indicators.
  8. Support the sales team in the implementation of new clients through the correct parameterization of master data.
  9. Keep operational procedures related to the tasks of the position up to date.
  10. Ensure compliance with regulations related to waste management and declaration.


Education and Experience:

  • Education in Administration, Logistics, or Procurement.
  • Previous experience in master data management or similar administrative functions.

Technical Knowledge:

  • SAP (MM or SD modules) - user level (advanced knowledge will be valued about tables).
  • Microsoft Excel - intermediate-advanced level.
  • Power BI - basic/intermediate knowledge.
  • Microsoft Office - user level.
  • Knowledge of databases (e.g., Microsoft Access).

Languages:

Spanish, English, and Portuguese - high level (oral and written).
