Job Description

Our client is a company on a mission to bring cozy vibes to homes across Europe through lighting.

They're on the lookout for a Marketplace Marketing Specialist who's ready to join their growing international team and help them boost their presence on marketplaces across Eastern Europe. You'll improve our product listings and help them grow in countries like Poland, Romania, and the Czech Republic.


Key languages

  • Full Proficency in English
  • Bilingual in Polish or Bilingual in Slavic languages


Main responsibilities

  • Optimizing product content and brand pages for European marketplaces
  • Collaborating with internal teams and agencies to align campaigns and promotions
  • Monitoring performance through data analysis and structured reporting
  • Identifying growth opportunities through small-scale testing and pilots
  • Supporting the launch of new marketplaces, with a primary focus on Eastern Europe


Core skills/experience

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Data or something similar
  • Around 1 year of experience in a digital marketing or data-related role (or fresh out of uni and ready to jump in!)
  • Some knowledge of SEO, SEA, and marketing tools-experience with platforms like Channable, ChannelEngine, or DataFeedWatch is a bonus
  • You enjoy solving problems and spotting opportunities in data
  • You speak and write English fluently and are bilingual in a Slavic languages
  • Knowledge of Dutch would be a great plus!
