Job Description

Location - Hybrid - UK-based - 1 day a week in Preston
Salary - £28k-£30k

If you've got a solid foundation in Amazon marketplace management and want to build your skills in a fast-moving, commercially focused agency environment - this could be your next big step.

We're looking for a Marketplace Executive to support high-growth ecommerce clients across Amazon (UK, EU, US) - and ideally Walmart too. You'll help deliver great results, improve listings, optimise campaigns, and learn directly from experienced Marketplace Account Managers in a team that values honesty, development, and getting great work done (without the corporate fluff).

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting marketplace strategy - Working with senior team members to deliver client growth.
Keeping accounts on point - Helping manage listings, pricing, PPC, stock and compliance.
Optimising content - Making listings more discoverable and more likely to convert.
Monitoring performance - Tracking sales, ACOS, conversion rates and reviews.
Handling platform tasks - Assisting with tickets, updates, and marketplace support.
Researching competitors - Spotting trends and identifying where accounts can improve.
Reporting and insights - Pulling data and surfacing useful takeaways for the team.
Being part of the team - Supporting your colleagues and contributing to great client work.

What You'll Bring to the Table

Skills & Experience
• 1-2 years' experience working with Amazon marketplaces (agency, brand or ecomm side).
• A working knowledge of Amazon listings, ads, and backend systems.
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Comfortable with numbers and analysing performance data.
• Organised, detail-driven and up for learning new tools and tactics.
