About the Role

This role joins Country Living at a pivotal time as they launch a B2B membership supporting small businesses and artisans across the UK. The Marketplace Ecommerce Manager will oversee the Country Living Marketplace as part of this wider programme. Responsibilities include managing relationships with third-party website developers, onboarding new sellers, product management, seller communications, website curation, and reporting. You will be part of the Country Living B2B team, working together to build a successful membership that leverages 40 years of heritage supporting small businesses and artisans.

About You
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce websites and best practices from both seller and consumer perspectives.
  • Adaptable working style, capable of managing unpredictable technical issues with quick solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use analytics for decision-making and reporting to the wider team.
  • Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office and CMS platforms.
  • Experience using ecommerce CMS and tools like Shopify.
  • Experience working with small businesses and startups.
  • Excellent people skills, including friendly customer service and a helpful attitude.
