The role:

After our successful entry into various markets, we are looking for our next Marketing Trainee. Reporting to the Marketing Coordinator and the Global Head of Media in Madrid, the Marketing Trainee will support the day-to-day marketing activities and gain hands-on experience across various functions

This role will partner closely with our brand marketing, digital, design and commercial teams to ensure all marketing efforts are unified.

Your challenge:

  • Support the coordination of the brand's marketing calendar to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Assist in the implementation of the social media and PR strategy for the German market, aligned with the Global teams.
  • Help monitor and update the marketing budget (awareness + network cost) and support in completing monthly tracking reports.
  • Contribute to drafting briefs for marketing initiatives and assist in the execution of ad-hoc projects.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with various departments, including sales, product development, and creative teams, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Provide support with additional tasks as needed to help drive business growth.

PR:

  • Support the execution of the local PR strategy for the market
  • Assist in the operational execution of the Influencer and Press Strategy including organic seedings and Paid Collaborations
  • Build an influencer and Press contacts database and maintain close relationships with the Key Opinion Leaders in the market.
  • Support in coordinating brand collaborations and PR activations.
  • PR briefs preparation and support in PR assets production
  • Assist with operational functions such as filing & organizing asset folders, shipping influencer & PR samples, responding to inquiries, processing invoices, updating calendars, clipping etc.
  • Measure the results of PR activations through regular reporting and KPI tracking

Social:

  • Support the development of the local social media annual strategy, based on the Global guidelines.
  • Assist in the creation and management of Meta and TikTok content calendars (Instagram Stories and Feed), including drafting post copies.
  • Help prepare briefs for the 3INA creative team to develop social media assets.
  • Support daily social media tasks: selecting giveaway winners, scheduling posts, and responding to community comments under supervision.
  • Collaborate in the creation of video content for TikTok and Reels-style projects.
  • Coordinate with content creators and support the execution of the influencer strategy.
  • Work alongside the Paid Media Manager to learn about optimizing awareness campaigns.
  • Contribute to reporting by helping update and review weekly, monthly, and campaign-related reports.

Trade Marketing / Retailer Marketing:

  • Support in the preparation of campaign materials (digital, print, and promotional content) for accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Assist the Marketing & Commercial teams with administrative tasks such as maintaining marketing and retail calendars, organizing assets, and helping with meeting agendas and recaps.
  • Contribute to the organization and execution of special events, including trade shows and industry-related events.
  • Help complete and distribute new line forms, marketing updates, and assets for upcoming product launches to relevant partners.
  • Assist in managing requests for assets (visuals, samples, GWPs, etc.) from both internal and external partners.
  • Support the coordination of seasonal market meetings with key stakeholders (meeting organization, deck preparation, ).
  • Help with basic copywriting, proofreading, and updating of marketing materials as needed.
  • Conduct research on consumer preferences, market trends, retail environment, and competitor activities in designated territory.
  • Support with competitive product analysis (features, pricing, market presence, advertising strategies).
  • Assist with marketing logistics including asset organization, sample shipments (PR/influencers), invoice processing, calendar and tracker updates, and responding to general inquiries.
  • Collaborate in the planning and support the execution of trade marketing activations across all channels to help drive visibility and sales.
  • Help ensure Visual Merchandising guidelines are implemented and respected at the point of sale.

What we expect from you:

  • Previous experience in a similar internship, preferably in the beauty sector, would be very valuable
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities with guidance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong eagerness to learn, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Beauty passionate.
