Our client, a prominent organisation in the banking sector, is seeking a dedicated Marketing Support Associate to join their Japanese Corporate Business Group. This role is integral to enhancing commercial activities and supporting the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Marketing Officers, facilitating their marketing activities and operational tasks.
• Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, including account openings, maintenance, and closures.
• Interact directly with customers and key stakeholders across various departments such as Operations, Legal, and Audit.
• Execute credit facilities for customers, including loans and guarantees.
• Prepare regular Management Information reports, including KYC updates and pending document lists.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Gain a deep understanding of the organisation's internal processes and apply them effectively.

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Fluency in both English and Japanese.
• A degree-level education and a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning.
• Previous experience in KYC or within the finance sector is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in IT, specifically in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• A collaborative spirit, with a proven ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine aspiration for learning and acquiring new skills.
