Marketing Specialist - Digital, Media & Growth Campaigns

Looking for a hands on marketing role with real campaign substance, strong brand exposure and a clear mix of media, social, growth and performance tracking?

We're hiring a Marketing Specialist for a 6 month contract with a leading global technology organisation in Dublin. This role would suit an early career marketer who enjoys making campaigns happen, working with multiple stakeholders, and using data to understand what is driving engagement and business impact.

You'll support activity across media planning, social content, campaign execution, agency coordination and ROI reporting, working closely with teams across sales, growth, content, design and media.

The Offer
  • Competitive salary of €70,000 pa
  • Hybrid working: 3 days per week onsite at state of the art offices in Dublin
  • Role to start on a 6 month contract
What you'll be doing
  • Supporting media planning and day to day agency coordination
  • Helping deliver social media, social selling and leadership activation activity
  • Tracking campaign performance, ROI and key commercial metrics
  • Working with sales and marketing stakeholders to maximise campaign impact
  • Analysing data to identify audience insights and new marketing opportunities
  • Supporting high quality content and campaigns across media and social channels
What we're looking for
  • 1+ year of experience in digital, growth, performance, social, events, media or related marketing
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Confidence working cross functionally with different teams and stakeholders
  • A practical understanding of social media, SEO, media placement, consumer behaviour or influencer marketing
  • An analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to assess campaign performance
