The Marketplace Performance Ads Specialist manages and optimizes paid advertising campaigns across partners such as Zalando, About You, Farfetch, Breuninger, and Amazon. The role focuses on performance-led Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Display ads to maximize ROI, while working closely with Marketplace, E-commerce, and Merchandising teams to align campaigns with trading priorities, stock levels, and seasonal plans. Continuously improve performance via A/B testing, automation, and advanced optimizations Align campaigns with full-funnel objectives, seasonal priorities, and commercial goals Data & Analytics Analyze data to deliver actionable insights and improve profitability Act as primary contact for marketplace marketing and ads teams Align campaigns with stock, promotions, pricing, and product launches alongside Marketplace and Merchandising teams Coordinate with Product/Stock and Demand Planning to ensure ads match availability and margins Collaborate with Retail Brand Marketing to integrate ads into full-funnel brand campaigns Proven track record optimizing campaigns for ROAS/ACOS and scaling profitable performance marketing Strong analytical skills with experience handling large data sets and BI/reporting tools Advanced Excel/Sheets skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, index/match, formulas) Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or related field Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Learning and development courses/training Remote working arrangements If you are interested in joining , we invite you to submit your application today.
