What You'll Be Doing:

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll collaborate with various teams within Toyota and beyond to support marketing functions for Toyota Financial Services (TFS) and KINTO. Your role will encompass product development, new vehicle launches, retail and fleet initiatives, and so much more!

You'll be:

• Driving New Initiatives: Partnering with the Toyota Belgium Marketing Department to create and execute marketing strategies that support vehicle sales and increase finance sales, including launching new KINTO mobility solutions in Belgium & Luxembourg.
• Leading Product Development: Spearheading marketing for both retail and fleet products, ensuring that our offerings are always fresh, innovative, and aligned with customer needs.
• Engaging with Internal Teams: Supporting internal communication efforts and ensuring the marketing department's initiatives are communicated effectively across all teams.
• Competitive Analysis: Staying ahead of the curve by monitoring competitors' activities and advising on promotional strategies.
• Digital and Social Media Marketing: Crafting and executing engaging digital marketing campaigns that capture the attention of our audience and boost brand visibility.
• Training & Development: Providing training and support to the sales team, ensuring they're equipped with the latest product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• CRM Strategy & Implementation: Developing and executing customer relationship management strategies to enhance engagement and loyalty.
• Event Participation: Representing TFSBE at local and international workshops and events, constantly learning and growing within the industry.

What We're Looking for in You:

• Customer Satisfaction is Your Passion: You understand the importance of delivering an exceptional experience to our customers and are committed to helping them every step of the way.
• Bilingual (Dutch & French): You'll need to be fluent in both Dutch and French (minimum C1 level), and have a good command of English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong Communication Skills: You can communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically, whether it's with customers, colleagues, or partners.
• Efficiency in a Fast-Paced Environment: You thrive when multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Tech-Savvy: You are proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and have experience with Adobe software.
• Experienced: You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive industry.
