Headquartered in the UK, Vitalograph has operations in Ireland, Germany and the USA. Our mission is to improve patient lives by designing and manufacturing market leading products and services.

At Vitalograph, we offer more than just a job. As a global leader in medical respiratory diagnostics, you'll be at the heart of ground-breaking technology used to diagnose respiratory disorders worldwide.

Here's What You Can Expect
  • Pension contribution from the company, ensuring your future is secure.
  • Company contributed Health Insurance for peace of mind.
  • Educational Assistance Programme to fuel your professional growth.

As part of our exciting global growth, we're seeking a dynamic and hands on Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Marketing Operations Team. This is a hands on role combining marketing operations, HubSpot expertise and digital marketing execution, putting you at the centre of how our global campaigns are built, launched, managed and optimised.

We're looking for someone who is highly capable in HubSpot but is also a hands on digital marketer. You'll be comfortable building automated workflows and managing CRM activity, while also creating emails and landing pages, executing digital campaigns, supporting paid advertising and using performance insights to improve results.

This is a rare opportunity to help build a scalable marketing engine while also playing an active role in delivering digital marketing activity for a fast growing medical devices and services company with global reach.

Your impact

In this role, you'll act as a key point of contact for our HubSpot platform and marketing operations while taking an active role in the execution of our digital marketing campaigns.

You'll combine strong HubSpot and marketing operations knowledge with hands on digital marketing skills, ensuring campaigns are not only set up correctly but are effectively executed, measured and optimised. From automated customer journeys and email campaigns to landing pages, lead generation and paid digital activity, you'll help turn marketing plans into campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the day to day execution and optimisation of HubSpot, ensuring campaigns, lead management, workflows and marketing processes run smoothly and reliably.
  • Take a hands on role in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, landing pages, forms, paid advertising and other digital channels.
  • Build, manage and refine automated customer journeys, lead nurturing programmes and audience segmentation to support global marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Build and execute email marketing campaigns within HubSpot, including audience selection, campaign setup, testing, deployment and optimisation.
  • Create and maintain digital campaign assets within HubSpot, including landing pages, forms, calls to action, lists, templates and campaign structures.
  • Support the execution and optimisation of paid digital advertising campaigns, ensuring campaigns are appropriately tracked and integrated with HubSpot.
  • Manage lead lifecycle processes from capture and nurturing through to handover to sales, maintaining effective lead routing and strong alignment with sales teams.
  • Monitor digital campaign performance, engagement, conversion and marketing ROI, using HubSpot reporting and other digital marketing insights to recommend and implement improvements.
  • Carry out ongoing campaign testing and optimisation to improve email engagement, lead generation and digital conversion.
  • Ensure data quality, GDPR compliance and marketing best practices across HubSpot and digital marketing activity, particularly within regulated markets.
  • Collaborate closely with regional marketing, sales and external partners to support global campaign rollouts and local market requirements.
  • Troubleshoot HubSpot, automation and campaign issues, acting as a key point of contact for marketing operations support.
  • Continuously improve marketing processes, campaign execution and HubSpot usage to help build a scalable and effective marketing engine as the company grows.
The ideal candidate will have
  • 3+ years' experience in Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, CRM Marketing or a similar hands on marketing role, ideally within B2B or regulated industries.
  • A minimum of 2 years' strong, hands on experience using HubSpot, with the ability to confidently build campaigns, automated workflows, emails, landing pages, forms, lists, segmentation and reporting.
  • Experience personally executing digital marketing campaigns, rather than solely supporting marketing systems, reporting or analytics.
  • Strong experience in email marketing, marketing automation, lead nurturing and customer journeys.
  • Experience creating and managing digital campaign assets, including emails, landing pages and forms.
  • Experience with, or a strong understanding of, paid digital advertising and campaign tracking.
  • A good understanding of digital marketing performance, including engagement, lead generation, conversion and ROI, with the ability to turn campaign insights into practical improvements.
  • Confident supporting end to end marketing and sales processes within HubSpot, from lead capture through to sales handover.
  • Familiar with GDPR and experienced in ensuring marketing data, campaigns and processes meet regulatory requirements.
  • Highly organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities at once.
  • A proactive, hands on approach and the ability to move comfortably between marketing operations and digital campaign execution.
  • Comfortable operating in a growing, global organisation where processes continue to evolve.
