Cpl Marketing Recruitment is partnering with a leading Irish consumer industry to hire an experienced Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business with a strong brand presence, driving marketing strategy, brand growth, and high-impact campaigns across multiple product categories.

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial growth. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will oversee campaigns, product launches, digital marketing activities, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
• Manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, PR, events, and content.
• Partner with commercial, e-commerce, and product teams to deliver business objectives.
• Drive successful new product launches from concept through to market.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity.
• Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Oversee social media and community engagement strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for growth.

About You

• 7+ years' marketing experience, ideally within beauty, FMCG, retail, or lifestyle brands.
• Proven experience in brand marketing and campaign management.
• Previous people management experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
