Marketing Manager (Contract) Location: London, UK (Hybrid - On-site Tue/Wed/Thu; Remote Mon/Fri) Duration: 17 April 2026 - 16 April 2027 Department: Marketing - Mktg - Yonca Labor Type: Business Professional Language: English PAYE Rate: £48.08 per hour (Inside IR35) Requirement: Candidates must have hands?on Amazon Ads experience. Role Overview As a Marketing Manager, you will drive product marketing strategy by translating product capabilities into compelling positioning, narratives, and campaigns. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to provide market insights, influence product development, and execute marketing initiatives that drive user education, engagement, and adoption. This role requires a strong blend of analytical skills, storytelling ability, and hands-on experience with Amazon Ads. Key Responsibilities Product & Market Insights
- Act as the subject matter expert for assigned product(s) or feature(s), advising internal partners across teams.
- Monitor and analyse market and industry trends to inform product development and marketing opportunities.
- Validate market size and opportunities, including active users, revenue, growth, and competitive landscape analysis.
- Lead planning meetings with regional and functional marketing teams to define goals, target audiences, and positioning strategies.
- Build go-to-market (GTM) strategies and messaging for new product launches and feature updates.
- Develop frameworks and scalable strategies for product marketing content across various channels.
- Create high-quality marketing content aligned with product strategy and brand voice.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to iterate content based on standards, styles, and user insights.
- Drive product brand positioning, value propositions, storytelling, and narrative development.
- Conduct or oversee user research to uncover actionable insights.
- Advocate for user experience improvements in-product and across communications.
- Provide ongoing feedback to product, UX, and marketing teams on user needs and opportunities.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of medium- to large-scale marketing campaigns.
- Manage campaign assets, programs, and cross-functional communication.
- Analyse campaign performance to improve effectiveness and meet OKRs.
- Select and integrate channels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in performance or digital media.
- Direct experience with Amazon Ads, including understanding of advertising metrics, programs, and campaign optimization.
- Strong business acumen and experience managing large channel marketing budgets.
- Proven experience building GTM strategy and executing across online and traditional retail channels.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to summarize complex issues into simple narratives.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Global mindset with the ability to think across disciplines, industries, and cultures.
- Experience working with iconic consumer brands using disruptive marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated success driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion for consumer products.
