_ This role is to work in our head office being part of our team NOT a Hybrid or Remote _
Overview
We are seeking an experienced marketing manager to drive our business and brand forward. Working closely with the senior management you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns which will increase our brand and product presence throughout the industry.
This is not a Remote or Hybrid position
Key Responsbilities
Marketing Strategy - Plan and Execute a marketing strategy for both online and offline streams, to drive Giavani brand awareness and increase sales growth in the UK. This will include digital campaigns, exhibitions, POS, email marketing, social media, whatsapp campaigns and more.
Brochure - Amending and improving current brochure bi-annually to include new products, price changes, errors etc
Product Launches - Liasing with the Purchasing and Sales team to ensure new products are launched with correct packaging and codes to fit with the brand.
Customer engagement/ Merchandising - Liasing with the customers to ensure all POS is up to date, special offers have been received and samples are displayed correctly.
Event & Exhibitions: Plan and manage events and exhibtions, to ensure POS and displays are on brand and align with the marketing and sales strategy.
Reporting: Report monthly for Senior management meeting, providing detailed analysis of marketing activities, campain results, future planning and growth.
Innovations and Growth: Continusely working with the Sales team to seek out new marketing oppurtunities and channels to push the company to become a market leader.
Key Qualities
Strategic Thinker: Experience in Planning and executing marketing campaigns that drive results
Relationship Builder: Excellent communication skills, to be able to build strong relationships with internal teams, clients and external strategic partners
Project Management: Highly organised individual with the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and to set and meet crucial deadlines
Marketing Expertise: Experience across all marketing channels, including Digital, content, creative, social and email marketing.
Qualifications
Proven experience in marketing management and strategy development
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, and social media management
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
Competence in Adobe Photoshop and WordPress
Excellent analytical and copywriting abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and time management skills
