The RoleAs our Marketing Lead - UK , you'll be the driving force behind our marketing activity, owning and delivering campaigns that resonate with clients, prospects, and industry stakeholders. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with 3+ years' marketing experience , who's excited by the opportunity to shape and execute campaigns across multiple channels-from digital and content to events and social.
You'll work closely with senior leadership and commercial teams, bringing our value proposition to life through creative and measurable campaigns. We're a small team, so we're looking for someone who's comfortable rolling up their sleeves-whether it's planning a strategic campaign or jumping in to help with admin tasks that keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support business objectives
- Own and manage social media channels, growing engagement and reach
- Deliver email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling and analysis
- Plan and coordinate virtual events (webinars, roundtables, demos) from concept to delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce marketing assets
- Maintain and update the website, ensuring messaging and content is up to date
- Track and report on key marketing metrics and campaign performance
- Support sales enablement by producing case studies, collateral and pitch materials
- Handle general marketing admin tasks as needed (e.g., managing contact databases, event logistics)
- 3+ years' experience in a B2B marketing role (experience in the HR/recruitment or SaaS space is a plus)
- Strong digital marketing skills, with proven experience in email, social media and virtual events
- Hands-on, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in at all levels
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, or similar platforms
- Analytical mindset with ability to report and act on campaign performance
