The Role & What You Will Be Doing Every day

We rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Marketing Lead role will make an impact:

• Deliver on the strategic future vision of Viatris, for our iconic brands
• Successfully launch new products in the Irish market, leading strategic and tactical marketing plans.
• Create exceptional marketing materials, ensuring effective channel distribution of marketing activities.
• Create & implement relevant and personalized customer journeys, customer engagement programmes and strategic brand plans.
• Assign and monitor relevant KPIs, measure campaign/marketing activity performance & return on investment.
• Lead the marketing team effectively, establishing clear roles and responsibilities and drive focus on business priorities.
• Through marketing function, lead educational and commercially driven HCP meetings / interactions.
• Act as subject matter expert for brands across a range of therapeutic areas.
• Act as point of contact for Ireland marketing (all therapy areas) for global brand team requests and general liaison.
• Oversight of annual marketing budget & budget forecasts
• Lead marketing training for KAM teams; new product launch, refresher training etc.
• Work with marketing leadership & other relevant functions to execute marketing tactics to strategic corporate & business unit objectives and goals.
• Strong cross-functional and cross-country collaborator.
• Report on marketing activities at a local and regional level, as applicable.
• Lead approval of all marketing materials for all content created by marketing department and align with medical and regulatory colleagues for compliance.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal and external legislation and policies, (both self and team) to ensure compliance.

About Your Skills & Experience

• Experience bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Life Sciences.
• Minimum of 5 years' marketing experience with proven track record of success in a marketing management role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and networking skills.
• Experience managing numerous products over several different therapeutic areas.
• Experience & knowledge of healthcare landscape in primary and secondary care
• Exceptional knowledge of marketing strategies, concepts, and practices.
• Strong project management and performance measurement skills.
