We're looking for a Marketing Intern at Doozy!

Location: Den Haag (hybrid)

Start date: Immediately, latest September 2025

Duration: 6-8 months

About Doozy

At Doozy, we're creating a world in which parenting is more enjoyable. We're developing a smart baby product that soothes little ones using warmth, breathing motion, and skin-like materials, inspired by kangaroo care. Alongside it, we're building a parenting app that helps families track their baby's rhythms, get smart insights, and connect with a supportive community.

But more than just a product and app, Doozy is creating a movement, one that celebrates every baby's unique story, and supports parents with empathy.

What it's like to work with us

We're a small, ambitious, and curious founding team with big dreams and soft hearts. You'll be working closely with the founders, who bring a mix of backgrounds in tech development, design, health innovation and entrepreneurship, all with a shared passion for creating meaningful, user-centered products in the baby and health space. We work from cafés, home offices, and wherever the Wi-Fi is strong and the coffee is decent!

You'll join us at an early and exciting stage where your ideas genuinely shape how we show up in the world. We move fast, experiment often, and are always up for a brainstorm walk through the park.

What you'll do

We're looking for a creative, hands-on marketing intern to bring the Doozy brand to life and help grow our presence both online and in the real world.

You'll be working on:

• Content Creation : Use AI tools, Canva, or other platforms to design and post content on our social media platforms. Come up with fun, relevant, and brand-aligned content ideas for modern parents. Update and create content for our website (experience with website design is a plus).
• Graphic design: Use smart tools to draw, illustrate, or design content, we adore creative energy!
• Manage & Grow reach : Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Create a social media calendar and execute it like a pro Reach out to influencers, micro-creators, and potential brand friends
• Event Management : Organise and help run real-life community events for parents & professionals
• Help tell the story of our startup journey, who we are, what we're building, and why it matters
• Be ready to follow along the daily journey with the founders
• Bonus if you're interested in working on marketing strategy for the product + app

Who you are

• A creative thinker who's excited to explore what it really means to build a brand from scratch
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Confident in writing and creating content in English (Dutch is a bonus!)
• Familiar with content creation tools (like Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Notion, Later, etc.)
• Experience with illustration and/or graphic design tools
• Enthusiastic, open-minded, and not afraid to figure things out as you go
• Comfortable in the startup flow: working from cafés, jumping on a call at 19:00, embracing ambiguity
• Genuinely excited about helping parents feel more supported, calm, and seen
