About Merchery

Merchery is born from the simple observation that corporate gifts and promotional products are most of the time low quality. This billion $ market is shady, and often made of products people throw away after two weeks. Our vision at Merchery is to offer beautiful, useful and carefully sourced products that people actually want.

Launched in April 2020, Merchery has grown into a solid and dynamic company while keeping the agility and spirit of a startup. We are now looking for new talent to join our journey.

Joining the Marketing team for an internship

is the opportunity to actively shape and refine our client acquisition strategy through variate actions, creative and purely rational.

As Marketing Intern, you will gain experience in marketing and contribute to various projects, including:

• Website content and SEO strategy (blog, case studies, product pages, backlinks + domain authority, meta titles, internal linking improvements)

• Competitive analysis (reviewing competitor content and identifying strategic entry points for us)

• Customer research - client calls, behavior analysis (on the website and elsewhere), customer journey mapping, NPS, Hotjar recordings/heatmaps to observe site interaction

• Email campaigns - optimization, nurturing flows, and ideas for one-off campaigns

• Newsletters - automated flows + regular newsletters

• Social media posting

• Content creation and contribution to marketing campaigns

• You have a strong sensitivity to design, products, and good branding

• You have both a creative and operational mindset
• You are well-organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
• You are comfortable working with both words and numbers
• You are a strong team player who can also work independently
• You are familiar with Photoshop or eager to learn
• You are fluent in English; any other language is a plus
• You hold a bachelor/master's degree or experience in a relevant field
• You are available for a minimum of 5-6 months

Type of contract: Paid internship - with reimbursement of travel expenses in accordance with the current policies.

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Schedule: Open timeline, internship duration for a minimum of 5-6 months, full time
