About the role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee strategic marketing functions in France, one of our largest and fastest-growing markets.

Reporting to the Marketing Director France, you will oversee strategic planning, lead loyalty initiatives, and manage our local CRM strategy. You will lead and develop a team of six talents. Maintaining an agile, data-driven approach, you will craft integrated marketing campaigns to meet key performance goals.

You will identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and proactively seek growth opportunities. Collaboration with various functions-including brand, creative, promotional, commercial, data science, and tech teams across Deliveroo FR and UK-as well as external agencies, will be essential. You will also advocate for the local customer voice to influence central roadmaps.

What you'll be doing
  • Strategic Planning & Business Analysis: Lead internal governance for marketing strategy, ensuring alignment on quarterly goals and consistent execution. Use market data, customer segmentation, insights, and competitive analysis to inform decisions. Own monthly business review reports and coordinate planning with other markets.
  • Loyalty & Partnerships: Collaborate with UK-based central teams to develop strategies for growing our loyalty program, Deliveroo Plus. Focus on increasing subscribers, engagement, and retention across core and special programs.
  • CRM: Lead the CRM team to enhance customer engagement and retention. Develop impactful local CRM programs, partner on database growth, monitor metrics, and optimize operational efficiency through automation.
  • Team Leadership: Build and nurture a high-performing team, recognizing strengths and development areas, providing guidance, and motivating daily.
What you'll need to thrive
  • 8-10 years of marketing experience leading 360-degree campaigns
  • Data-driven, strategic, and consumer-centric mindset
  • Excellent relationship management skills across levels
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Growth mindset, collaborative approach, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, strategic thinker capable of independent operation
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in team management
