Are you an ambitious marketer looking to build your career with an internationally recognised premium Drinks brand?
We're partnering with a fast-growing global drinks business to appoint a Marketing Executive who will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of brand programmes across multiple international markets.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years' marketing experience who wants exposure to global brand building, campaign development, innovation projects, consumer engagement and commercial marketing within a highly creative and entrepreneurial environment.
The OpportunityWorking closely with senior brand leaders and cross-functional teams across international markets, you'll help deliver best-in-class marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, consumer recruitment and commercial performance.
You'll gain hands on experience across the full marketing mix, including:
- Brand campaigns and communications
- PR, influencer and advocacy programmes
- Events, partnerships and sponsorship activity
- Innovation and new product development projects
- Packaging and brand asset development
- Trade marketing and conversion activity
- Performance analysis and campaign evaluation
- Agency and stakeholder management
- Supporting the development and execution of global marketing programmes
- Coordinating campaign assets across digital, social, PR and activation channels
- Working with agency partners to deliver high quality creative output
- Monitoring campaign performance and identifying optimisation opportunities
- Supporting innovation and product launch projects
- Collaborating with regional and local marketing teams across international markets
- Analysing competitor activity, market trends and consumer insights
- Assisting with budget management and commercial reporting
- Helping ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints
We're looking for a marketer who combines creativity with commercial awareness.
You'll likely have:
- 1-3 years' experience in a marketing role
- Experience within FMCG, drinks, consumer brands, retail or a marketing agency environment
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- A marketing degree or related qualification
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and external agencies
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, hands on approach and willingness to take ownership
- Work on a globally recognised consumer brand
- Exposure to international markets and global marketing strategy
- Broad experience across brand, innovation and activation
- High visibility within a collaborative marketing team
