We're a small, ambitious team working from our London studio, with a strong creative culture and a global vision. Our work spans ready-to-wear fashion, immersive campaigns, community-led experiences, and our new fictional members club: Blake's Club.
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on, creative and organised Marketing Executive to join our core team. You'll play a pivotal role in executing our marketing campaigns, developing brand awareness, managing day-to-day content creation and output, email marketing, coordinating influencer gifting and events, and supporting customer communication. This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive located in our Studio in Queens Park, NW6, London.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes content, thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, and is excited to help shape one of the UK's most distinctive independent fashion brands.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns & Brand Growth
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, email, influencer, retail, events).
- Collaborate with our Creative Director, retail partners, and paid agency to bring seasonal stories and product launches to life.
- Manage the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and website refreshes.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for the brand on socials, in-person and with retail partners.
- Work alongside our paid marketing agency providing necessary assets and support
Social Media & Content Execution
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Website more, aligned with brand storytelling and campaign plans
- Expand brand awareness and following on social media platforms and email.
- Coordinate shoot content (campaign, product, behind-the-scenes) and manage digital asset organisation including comms with retail partners.
- Engage with the community and monitor content performance to optimise for growth.
Influencer, Partnerships & Community
- Manage product gifting and relationships with stylists, creators, celebrities, and cultural connectors.
- Identify and develop collaboration opportunities with local artists and aligned brands.
- Support outreach and storytelling initiatives for Blake's Club and brand events.
Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
- Build and send weekly newsletters and flows, ensuring consistent tone of voice and content alignment.
- Analyse campaign performance and help evolve email strategy based on data insights.
Customer Experience & Studio Support
- Provide customer service via email and socials, maintaining brand tone across all touchpoints.
- Plan and assist on shoot days and in the studio with product prep, logistics, content capture and organisation as needed.
- Plan and manage promotional events, pop-up shops etc. ensuring a polished brand presentation.
- Support day-to-day studio organisation and appointments when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Marketing Executive in the luxury fashion industry
- Strong initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a sociable and relationship-building approach
- Creative thinker with the ability to plan and execute innovative, strategic brand and social media campaigns
- Experience in briefing and managing campaign shoots to produce commercially relevant assets
- Passionate about the luxury menswear industry and aligned with the brand's target market
- Strong copywriting skills with excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, AdWords, and other marketing tools
- Entrepreneurial spirit with enthusiasm and dedication to succeed
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise, multi-task, and respond swiftly to business needs
