Marketing Executive / Marketing Admin (Italian, UK-based)

This is a UK-based role supporting our growing Italian market. For this reason, we're looking for someone originally from Italy, with native-level fluency in Italian and a deep understanding of Italian cultural and communication styles. This is critical for content creation, campaign localisation, and client support.

Overview

We're hiring a Marketing Executive / Admin to join our fast-paced dental and cosmetic healthcare business in Battersea, London. You don't need to be a marketing tech expert, we'll train you on tools like HubSpot and Canva. What matters most is that you're from Italy, fluent in Italian and English, and bring strong organisation, a sharp eye for detail, and genuine enthusiasm to help us grow.

This is a hands-on, full-time office role where you'll support marketing campaigns, content creation, admin, and CRM updates, with direct support from our Head of Marketing and collaboration with our Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and update HubSpot forms and emails.
• Manage marketing admin: content uploads, quote templates, translations
• Assist with marketing campaign setup and reporting
• Draft, schedule and localise Italian and English content (emails, social, blogs)
• Upload and manage creative assets in Canva
• Support lead follow-up comms and update CRM
• Coordinate with Head of Marketing (daily) and Head of Sales (indirect)

What You'll Bring

• Native-level Italian and fluent English
• Strong organisational and admin skills
• An eye for detail and design
• Some experience with social media, email marketing, and basic reporting
• Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Desirable (but not required)

• Experience in marketing for healthcare, dental, or cosmetic sectors
• Understanding of social media, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• Previous experience supporting a sales or marketing team
