Accountable for the strategic and operational direction of our Neuroscience Brand Strategy, leading enterprise-wide teams to deliver sales and market share growth with full profit & loss accountability. The role will lead existing brand indications and have accountability for launching new indications.
Job DescriptionLocation: This role is based in the London office in the UK on a hybrid working basis, requiring 12 days per month in the office.
Major Accountabilities- Lead cross-functional teams in collaboration with other functional leaders (Market Access, Medical, Finance), building consensus and providing operational direction.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
- Oversee launch preparedness and execution across all functions (Commercial, Access, Medical).
- Manage profit and loss for the brand(s), ensuring active management of the therapeutic area.
- Monitor product performance, competitive environment, and customer feedback to adapt plans accordingly.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Assess ROI of programs and collaborate with various teams to ensure proper execution.
- Present strategies and action plans to senior management to address market threats or deviations in sales targets.
- Represent the UK in regional and global calls, contributing to strategic decisions.

Role Requirements- Strong people management and leadership experience is essential.
- Extensive marketing experience from a large pharmaceutical company, including launch experience.
- Experience in Neuroscience Disease Area with a patient journey similar to our focus is beneficial.
- HTA experience is a plus, especially relevant to the UK environment.
