What You'll Do

  • Own data-driven insights for our global user acquisition, retention, pricing, and promotions strategy across paid channels: Google, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, affiliates & more.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to build smart data pipelines, attribution models, and reporting dashboards that marketing teams can act on.
  • Translate performance data into clear, compelling ROI/ROAS, CAC/LTV recommendations that drive decisions.
  • Dive into the impact of A/B pricing and promotional experiments-supporting both tactical wins and long-term revenue growth.
  • Act as the analytics bridge between Marketing, Product, and Finance, connecting campaign performance to real business impact.
  • Bring clarity to chaos - align KPIs, detect meaningful patterns, challenge assumptions, and surface hidden opportunities.


What You Bring

3+ years as a Marketing Data Analyst with direct-to-consumer (D2C) mobile/web app experience - this isn't a generic analytics role. Expertise in performance marketing analytics (paid media, cohort analysis, channel ROI) is essential.


Strong hands-on skills in:

  • SQL, BigQuery, Python or R
  • GA4, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Singular (or similar MMP)
  • BI & visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Proven ability to measure and explain pricing strategies, discounts, churn, and retention using hard data.
  • Comfortable leading insights that shape global marketing spend and strategy.
  • Skilled communicator who can simplify complexity and influence non-technical stakeholders.
  • Curious mindset with a commercial edge - not just what happened, but why and what to do next.
