The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the coordination and delivery of marketing activities for the Marketing Manager and, in some cases, the LOB Marketing Director. The role involves supporting the implementation of the marketing plan and coordinating across all marketing teams and functions. The primary focus will be on supporting the GB Retail and Global R&A within the risk and broking teams. This role requires collaboration with marketing colleagues and Line of Business teams across the global network. It is a hybrid role.
The Role:
Responsibilities include:
- Marketing Delivery:
- Supporting the Marketing Manager in executing the marketing plan, including digital, social media, email marketing, and events (both online and face-to-face).
- Coordinating with regional and global marketing teams, including Centers of Excellence (Communications, Design, PR, Digital, Research/Analytics), to deliver campaigns and programs.
- Utilizing platforms such as Cvent, Marketo, Contact Monkey, Wrike, and ON24 for support and execution.
- Building analytics with PowerBI and Excel to evaluate campaign effectiveness and support sales goals.
Business awareness:
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the products, services, and solutions offered by the Line of Business/Campaign to clients.
- Recognize the importance of global connectivity for business growth and collaboration within the industry.
- Assist colleagues in marketing activities and prioritize tasks effectively.
- This position is based in London with occasional travel to other locations.
