What will you be doing?- Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, supporting and implementing marketing strategies, including new product launches and reactivations.
- Supporting campaign execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Maintaining the marketing calendar and tracking campaign deliverables.
- Partnering with Operations to monitor stock levels.
- Writing briefs with clear objectives and liaising with stakeholders across Marketing, NPD, Operations, and Engineering.
- Coordinating with channel teams, Creative Studio, and Copy team.
- Assisting in preparing performance reports and presentations.
- Monitoring project timelines and flagging delays.
- Communicating proactively with stakeholders about campaign progress.
- Analyzing data related to launches and reactivations for optimization opportunities.
- Research industry trends and competitive campaigns.
- Providing administrative support, including scheduling and meetings.
- Proactive, ambitious marketer with relevant study and internship experience.
- Beauty or retail experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with stakeholders.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and eager to learn.
