Marketing Assistant

We're looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Las Rozas de Madrid! If you're starting your journey in digital marketing, are eager to learn, and want to be part of a collaborative and fast-moving team, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.

About the Role

As our Marketing Assistant, you'll support the marketing team in various digital projects across Europe. You'll work closely with content, eCommerce, and design teammates, gaining experience in web editing, email campaigns, influencer marketing, content coordination, and KPI analysis. We're not looking for years of experience-what matters most is your curiosity, drive, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

This role is based in our Madrid offices (Las Rozas).

What You'll Be Doing:

• Help update and maintain our eCommerce websites using Magento (no coding needed-just attention to detail and good coordination).
• Support our email marketing specialist with campaign set-up and automation tasks in Klaviyo.
• Coordinate with influencers and affiliates-help organize contacts, follow-ups, product shipments, and track results.
• Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Contribute to our content calendar and collaborate with the team to bring ideas to life.
• Monitor campaign performance and web KPIs, helping us learn, pivot, and improve.

Who You Are:

• You're just starting your career or have 1-2 years of marketing experience and want to keep learning.
• You're organized, proactive, and enjoy working in a cross-functional team.
• You're flexible, resourceful, and not afraid to adapt quickly or try something new.
• You love the world of digital marketing and are eager to build your skills in real-world projects.
• You have strong communication skills in both Spanish (essential) and English (spoken and written).
• You enjoy analyzing results and proposing ideas to do things better.
• You bring a positive attitude and are ready to grow in a fast-paced, international environment.
