You'll play a key role in shaping how the brand is visually communicated-taking ownership of bid design, RFP responses, and marketing materials. Duties & Responsibilities

• Own the visual design for bids, tenders, and RFPs-delivering standout digital-first submissions.

• Create engaging, on-brand presentations, graphics, and microsite-style responses.

• Translate complex ideas into visually compelling storytelling.

• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to develop content that wins new business.

• Maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints while driving design innovation.

What Experience is Required

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of pitch decks and presentation work.

• Expert-level skills in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-value B2B environments.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum

Based in London, hybrid working (2 days from home) on completion of probationary period
