The Role

We're looking for a Market Expansion Lead to join our Insurance Carrier Partnerships team and help drive our growth into new markets. You'll report to and work directly with the Head of Carrier Partnerships to accelerate integrations with insurance providers and streamline day-to-day operations. This role is about focus, momentum, and execution-you'll be instrumental in removing friction, driving strategic initiatives, and keeping the team pointed at what matters most.

What You'll Do

  • Work alongside the Head of Carrier Partnerships to grow our network of insurance, pension and life providers

  • Own research, outreach, planning, and partner coordination to support successful carrier integrations

  • Own post-launch retrospectives to capture lessons and continuously improve frameworks.

  • Help develop and maintain market scorecards, partner dashboards, and launch-readiness tools.

  • Support the analysis of competitive positioning, employer needs, and emerging trends

  • Conduct early market and carrier analysis to inform strategic prioritisation

  • Build roadmaps and volume projections to support the teams focus

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Integrations, Benefits, and Compliance to move partnerships from first contact to first policy

  • Maintain tracking systems and documentation to monitor carrier progress, service levels and performance

  • Define and document clear, country-specific value propositions-what we offer, to whom, and why it matters

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, insurance, or a high-growth tech company

  • Experience working within a regulated industry, such as insurance, financial services, or healthcare, where navigating compliance, governance, and operational structure is essential.

  • Strong project management and organisational skills-you move fast and stay focused

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exhibited both internally and externally

  • Proven experience in developing and operationalising market/country specific propositions, by balancing customer needs, regulatory requirements, and internal capabilities to deliver scalable and compliant solutions

  • Strategic thinker with an understanding (or curiosity) about the insurance and benefits landscape
