Job Description
What you'll do

As a Market Development Development Representative (MDR), you will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities that progress through the sales funnel and ultimately generate new revenue to grow our presence in EMEA.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Market development Manager.

Responsibility

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities and pipeline within a defined territory
  • Manage and plan your territory and outbound strategy
  • Spend the majority of your time managing multi-channel outbound prospecting to educate potential customers on what Docusign has to offer and gain insight into their business needs
  • Drive brand and product awareness in the UK/IE market through regular email and call campaigns
  • Schedule high-impact appointments with those who are of good potential with Account Executives
  • Record prospect information in our CRM database
  • Present a balanced approach to cold calling, relationship development, sales process, and appointment setting
Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience with sales cycles and solution-selling tactics
  • Experience with computer application skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Preferred

  • Track record of success in outbound sales/business development role
  • Confident and courteous verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience
