Maritime SaaS Customer Success Leader

Windward in London seeks a proactive Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, retention and growth for our Trading & Shipping customers. You will partner with global enterprise accounts, ensuring satisfaction and expanding usage of our SaaS maritime intelligence platform.

The role requires strong relationship-building, contract negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the maritime domain. Travel around 30% may be required.
