About You

You thrive in fast paced, hands on environments and prefer staying active rather than working at a desk. You enjoy practical work, are comfortable working around machinery and take pride in seeing the results of your hard work. You're confident, proactive and willing to get stuck in, whether that's supporting production, handling materials or helping your team keep things running smoothly.

You follow instructions carefully and understand the importance of safety, quality and consistency. You have a good eye for detail, a strong work ethic and take pride in doing things properly. You're reliable, punctual and comfortable working shifts, including days or nights when required. You can stay focused during repetitive tasks and are happy with the physical nature of the role, including manual handling and spending long periods standing or sitting.

You learn best by watching and doing, building confidence through practical, hands on experience. You're hardworking, motivated and passionate about doing a good job, with a positive attitude towards learning new skills. You're comfortable working independently but also enjoy being part of a small team, supporting colleagues and taking initiative when needed. Most importantly, you're keen to develop your technical skills and build a long term career in manufacturing.

Please note: You must be 18+ due to the nature of the working environment.

To apply for this apprenticeship, you must:
  • Be 18 or over
  • Not be in full time education
  • Have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
  • Have the right to work in the UK

Apprenticeships are designed to provide new knowledge, skills and behaviours, so applicants should not already hold a Level 3, degree or higher qualification in a closely related subject, or have significant experience in the same field.

If you're unsure whether you meet the criteria, we'd still love to hear from you. Get in touch and we can advise you further.
