Manufacturing Technician

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor automated equipment to ensure peak performance and line efficiency.

• Meticulously track batch records and inventory using specialised digital software to maintain data integrity.

• Act as a first responder for technical issues, performing minor diagnostics and collaborating with engineering teams for complex repairs.

• Uphold rigorous quality, safety, and environmental (EHS) standards within a clean, organised workspace.

Qualifications

• Must have clean room experience.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential.

• Prior work within a regulated industry (such as Pharma, Food, or MedTech) is considered a distinct advantage.

• Strong attention to detail with an ability to follow logical, sequential processes.

• Digital literacy and the ability to learn new software interfaces for data management.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to collaborative teamwork.

• Two different shift patterns:

• Competitive compensation: £17.19 per hour (Nights)/ £15.19 per hour (Days)

• Structured 4-on, 4-off shift pattern (7 PM - 7 AM)/ (7am- 7pm) offering consistent time away from work.
