Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
- Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am - 2:00pm
We are currently recruiting Manufacturing & Production Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing business specialising in corrugated cardboard and foam packaging solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. Working as part of an established team, you will play a key role in producing, assembling, and preparing high-quality packaging products for customers across a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities- Operating manufacturing and production machinery.
- Working with corrugated cardboard and foam materials.
- Assembly, packing, and finishing of packaging products.
- Quality checking products to ensure company standards are met.
- Press Operating - working to specifications
- Assembly work and gluing foam based products
- Supporting warehouse and production operations.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Following all company Health & Safety procedures and policies.
- Assisting with general production duties as required.
- Previous manufacturing, production, or packaging experience desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good level of physical fitness.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining high Health & Safety standards.
