Job Description

Matrix Recruitment Group is seeking a Specialist HR Business Partner for a 12 month maternity cover in a busy manufacturing environment in Ireland. You'll work with site leaders to implement people strategies and deliver HR projects while supporting leaders on HR matters.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HRBP or a similar role, a degree in HR or related field, strong knowledge of Irish employment law, and excellent stakeholder management.
