Currently we are seeking a professional to join us as Managing Director in United Kingdom.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in fintech, payments, acquiring, or e-money.
• Previous roles such as: Managing Director, CEO, CRO, VP Risk, Director.
• Strong knowledge of card acquiring and payment processing, risk management and compliance, Visa & Mastercard frameworks.
• Proven experience in building strategic partnerships.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong understanding of the UK financial services market.
• Executive-level communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the company's UK growth and market expansion strategy.
• Oversee all operational, commercial, and regulatory activities.
• Develop and manage relationships with Visa, Mastercard, banks, and strategic partners.
• Drive business development in acquiring, e-commerce, and high-risk payments.
• Lead and scale local teams across sales, risk, compliance, and operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and strong risk governance.
• Represent the company with regulators, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Own P&L and performance targets for the UK market.
