Description Join Us as Managing Director of QAC Enterprises (QACE), Birmingham
Salary: Pay Point M19 - £67,026.58 p.a. plus up to 10% discretionary bonus
Location: Birmingham Flexible/Hybrid Working Available Permanent, Full-Time (37 hours, 52 weeks)

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Redevelop and implement the long-term strategy of the QACE, aligning with its mission, values and guiding principles. Translating QACE strategy into business plans and targets.
- Business Development: Own the responsibility of business growth by directly engaging with new prospects, building and delivering a sales pipeline showing significant year on year growth.
- Innovation and Enterprise: Identify new opportunities for growth, including social enterprises and to diversify revenue streams and expand the impact of QACE.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee operational, financial, and Enterprise activities to ensure effective and sustainable delivery of current and new services.
- Advocacy and Stakeholder Engagement: Represent QACE as a spokesperson and outward face of the QACE and build relationships with stakeholders, including customers, clients, and the regional community.
- Team Leadership and Management: Inspire, support, and develop the QACE team, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal, financial, and regulatory obligations, working closely with the QACE Board of Trustees and service managers.
