About The Role
The Corporate Finance segment seeks a Managing Director to develop our client base within Private Equity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Key Accounts Leadership
- Define the Key Account Framework (e.g., what qualifies as a Flagship / Key Account)
- Establish the Leadership Structure (Client Service Lead appointment)
- Support Client Service Leads in building and executing account growth strategies
- Set growth KPIs, governance, and monitoring frameworks (e.g., Bi-Weekly EMEA PE Calls)
- Support execution of EMEA PE initiatives
- EMEA PE Origination
- Develop a clear vision of our 3 Filter RTW Offerings
- Build compelling campaigns using market insights and RTW Offerings
- Drive campaigns into Flagship and Key Accounts
- Represent the 'Voice of Market' on insights and trends
- Conduct research and leverage networks for market insights
- Prepare market insights briefings to support client conversations
- Brief SMDs on market drivers and stress factors
- Amplify M&A insights across EMEA CF
Push campaigns to market via key accounts, analyze accounts to identify 'Ready to Buy' criteria, and connect campaign and account teams to drive collaboration and track progress.
M&A Pipeline Leadership
- Lead M&A pipeline management, maintaining a sales funnel by:
- Amplifying market intelligence across EMEA
- Developing POV documents efficiently on target assets
- Ensuring compelling POVs are developed and pushed to market swiftly
