Managing Consultant

Overview

Keylane is a market leader in digital client servicing for the pension sector and a supplier of SaaS solutions for the European insurance and pension market. We enable millions of Europeans to manage their pension online. Our Plexus product aims to be the best European pension system. We are looking for a Managing Consultant, Pensions, for Plexus projects who analyzes business requirements for pension administration processes, demonstrates Plexus best practices, and advises on optimal Plexus configurations. You will also help translate business requirements into designs for changes in the software, support functional testing, and sometimes perform tests. You will contribute to the future development of the Plexus product and participate in business development to expand our ecosystem of customers and partners.

Team

You join the Life & Pension Delivery department, coordinating between clients and our product development team. You work in project teams with diverse expertise (pension content, actuarial, technical) on Plexus implementation projects with customers.

Key About You

• Afgeronde opleiding op HBO/Academisch niveau, bij voorkeur in een bèta richting
• Affiniteit met IT en software-ontwikkeling
• 5+ jaren ervaring als consultant of business analist
• Bij voorkeur ervaring in verzekeringen en pensioenen
• Sterke analytische vaardigheden
• Werkt gestructureerd en accuraat
• Oplossingsgericht, ambitieus en leergierig
• Communiceert goed zowel in woord als geschrift
• Teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan opereren
• Gewend om onder druk van het behalen van mijlpalen te werken
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en goed Engels
• Vind je het leuk te werken voor een internationale, snelgroeiende organisatie
• Wil je jezelf en onze organisatie verder ontwikkelen
• Een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) en referentiecheck maken deel uit van de sollicitatieprocedure

• Bij aanvang een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €5,000 en €6,500 op basis van 40 uur
