You will support the growth of Cognizant's Organizational Change Management consulting business by: Manage and facilitate the process of change within an organization, ensuring that projects and strategic initiatives meet objectives within established timeframes. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance. Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes. Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan. Facilitate change management meetings and workshops to help prepare employees for upcoming changes. Compile change readiness findings, identify key personas, user themes and develop a Change Strategy outlining the activities required to support the overall change initiatives Provide training and support to employees to help them transition smoothly through the change process 5-10 years of experience, preferably in a role as (an external) organizational change management consultant Proven track record of delivering successful transformational change consulting engagements at international corporations Experience with implementing leading technology platforms like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, SuccessFactors, MS365, ServiceNow, Informatica Change Management Certified Professional PROSCI or ACMP Deep understanding of the latest organizational change management trends Dynamic team player who enjoys collaborating with diverse and international teams Dedicated to supporting the growth and development of the practice and its team members
