Role: Transaction Services Financial Diligence Manager

Location: Barcelona, Spain.


I am seeking a Transaction Services manager to join a dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work with a diverse set of clients and play a key role in executing complex transactions.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage transaction services engagements, including financial due diligence, buy-side and sell-side support, and other advisory services.

• Manage client relationships and communication, ensuring all deliverables are met with high quality and within timelines.

• Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing training and professional development opportunities.

• Work closely with senior leadership on developing an engagement strategy, planning, and execution.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide integrated solutions to clients.

• Participate in business development activities, including client pitches and proposal writing


Key Requirements:

• Relevant experience in transaction services

• Strong technical knowledge in financial analysis, accounting principles, and transaction processes.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly and concisely.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple engagements at once.

• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.

• Advanced Spanish and fluency in English.
