Role Overview

Join our growing SAP Transformation Enablement capability team as a highly motivated Consultant with established core consulting skills and experience in SAP programmes within either the private or public sector. This impactful role, part of our SAP (including S/4HANA) Delivery Services Market Offering, requires you to deliver high-quality client solutions from day one. You will analyse complex issues, provide insightful recommendations, and leverage your expertise, industry knowledge, and technical skills. Collaboration with diverse clients will allow you to build strong relationships with industry leaders and develop your leadership potential. You will also contribute significantly to practice development, enhancing our toolkit and upskilling colleagues through various talent initiatives.

Key Areas of Expertise
  • Project Management: Prioritising transformation enablement considerations across multiple workstreams.
  • Change Management: Developing and implementing strategies to drive change, including leading sub-workstreams to ensure sustainable adoption of SAP transformations.
  • Functional SAP Knowledge: Leveraging experience across one or more SAP process areas.
Typical Responsibilities
  • Driving Adoption: Contributing to transformation programmes, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery through increased employee adoption of new processes.
  • Delivering Client Success: Developing key client deliverables focused on change adoption, including impact assessments, end-user communication, and training needs analysis.
  • Proactive People Readiness: Assessing people readiness through data analysis and identifying necessary remediation activities.
Required Skills & Experience

You are comfortable challenging the status quo and using innovating methods to disrupt behaviours to achieve positive outcomes. You have experience building and maintaining strong relationships, establishing credibility with clients and project teams and instilling confidence in those you work with.

  • Proven project management or equivalent experience within SAP programmes, utilising various frameworks and tools.
  • Demonstrated passion for change management principles and processes.
  • Practical SAP experience, either operationally or within a consulting capacity.
  • Understanding and practical application of change theories and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with SAP functional teams and technical experts.
  • Experience in planning, designing, delivering, and evaluating business transformations aligned with senior stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to independently manage sections of client deliverables, proactively problem solving and demonstrating critical thinking skills (with senior support).
  • Proven ability to proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Thrives in diverse and inclusive team environments.
Desirable Skills & Certifications
  • Strong working knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid delivery models, SAP Activate, Prosci methodology, and the ADKAR Model.
  • Experience working with across the Atlassian tool suite to include Confluence and Jira.
  • Relevant certifications in SAP Activate, SAP Functional areas, SAP Change Management, Project Management, and Change Management or equivalent are highly desirable.
