Our team of thinkers, builders, creators and problem solvers are over 1,000 strong, across 20 markets around the world Role Summary and Impact Choreograph is seeking a Multimedia Communications Manager (Product Team) to maintain all non-written assets for our Product Comms team. This role is responsible for ensuring that all video content, product walkthroughs, demos and other multimedia used across both applications and internal learning and knowledge platforms are consistently up-to-date.

- Ensure all non-written assets such as video content, walkthroughs and demos are current, accurate and reflective of product updates and internal training needs.
- Use no- or low- production tools to create, edit and update video and multimedia content.
- Partner with the GroupM Marketing team on larger or higher-value productions, aligning content with broader marketing strategies
- Develop and maintain multimedia assets for our internal knowledge platform, product training and onboarding.
- Oversee the distribution of video and multimedia assets across relevant platforms, ensuring visibility and accessibility for all stakeholders.
- Ensure all assets meet brand standards, are optimized for their respective platforms and are delivered on time.
- Work closely with cross- functional teams, including Product Marketing, Training and Enablement to ensure assets are aligned with business objectives and meet needs.

- Proven experience in a video production, editing or multimedia content creation, ideally within a marketing or product team.
- Proficiency with no- or low-production tools
- Basic understanding of media production techniques, including video editing, screencasting and animation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across internal stakeholders.
- Strong visual storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with content distribution platforms and video hosting solutions.
- Advanced video/audio production ability (using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition etc.)
- Experience working in technology, SaaS or media industries.
- Experience working with global teams or distributed organizations.
- Familiarity with knowledge-sharing platforms and internal learning systems.
