Job Description
Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Manager, People Business Partnerships, EMEA & APAC to join our People team in Dublin. This role may be based out of our Dublin hub or remote within Ireland or the UK. The role reports to the Global GTM People Business Partner Leader and is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with deep regional expertise in EMEA and APAC.

Responsibilities
  • Regional Leadership & Accountability
    • Take full ownership of the people strategy for Clio's EMEA and APAC regions within the GTM portfolio.
    • Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high performing team of people experts embedded in the regions.
    • Act as the primary point of accountability for regional outcomes, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
    • Partner with COE people managers in North America to support the design and implementation of people experiences across regions.
    • Travel between offices and regions as required.
  • Strategic People Partnership - GTM Portfolio
    • Own the people strategy for the GTM portfolio by aligning with business goals, OKRs, and metrics.
    • Collaborate with C Team, S Team, PLT and broader GTM leadership to foster a high performing culture.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor, leader and mentor to senior GTM leaders.
    • Influence organization wide people practices and culture.
    • Advise on and execute transformational and change management initiatives.
  • Regional Employment Law & Employee Relations
    • Serve as the EMEA and APAC subject matter expert on employment law, regulatory compliance and HR best practices.
    • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements across all relevant jurisdictions.
    • Investigate and resolve complex employee relations matters and investigations.
    • Create progressive, scalable people partner best practices tailored to regional needs.
  • Organizational Design & Workforce Strategy
    • Lead organizational diagnosis, design, workforce planning and change facilitation.
    • Support the evolution of Clio's infrastructure and contribute to talent programs such as workforce planning, performance management, talent planning, leadership development, succession and total compensation.
    • Support people integrations through M&A activities.
    • Execute quarterly results and manage budget and schedule expectations.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration & Data Driven Decision Making
    • Build strong cross functional relationships at executive and senior leadership levels.
    • Maintain partnerships with People COEs and business COEs.
    • Analyze and report on people trends, recommending strategic solutions to improve performance, engagement and retention.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field (Master's or HR certification preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial HR role.
  • Experience in international expansion and M&A.
  • Proven support for multiple countries within the EMEA region.
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA labor laws, compliance, tribunals and HR best practices, specifically in Ireland and England.
  • Experience in multinational tech companies, high growth to public company.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed, multicultural, fast paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages a plus.

  • Competitive salary: €96,800 - €145,200 EUR, reflecting skills and experience.
