As part of our team, we are looking for a: Restaurant Manager Picchu (M/F) Workplace: Lausanne Type of contract: Permanent Responsibilities You ensure the management of the restaurant, oversee the smooth running of the service, and guarantee customer satisfaction. You take charge of the team and ensure a warm and professional welcome for customers. You prepare and optimize the table plan according to the needs and flow, take and supervise orders while maintaining a privileged relationship with the clientele. You organize and coordinate the team's work, ensuring fluid and efficient communication between service and the reception. You control the working environment to ensure a professional setting and ensure compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards. You monitor the quality of products and adherence to standards and verify the accuracy of stocks, orders, and deliveries. You actively contribute to the development of the restaurant's revenue by controlling and coordinating the follow-up of new initiatives. You keep the team informed of proposals and encourage their development, preparing and managing staff schedules according to needs. You have solid managerial skills and know how to unite a team around objectives. You possess good knowledge of Japanese products and dishes and have very good culinary knowledge. You are bilingual in French and master tools such as Word, Excel, and are organized and meticulous in your approach. You appreciate teamwork and demonstrate flexibility. You have an excellent sense of hospitality and service, are flexible and approachable. You have excellent communication skills and maintain fluidity and professionalism in your interactions.
