Technical Lead - ML Platform - 130-140k - Hybrid Dublin - No Visa Sponsorship

SME SaaS company in Dublin, has a great brand identity and has the structures in place for you to succeed. It is not a scrappy environment in that respect but still has many hats to ensure you are not bored.

Looking for an experienced technical lead who can still be on hands-on, chip in with lines of code, and also handle people management, KPIs, PIPs, etc.

The team is small but growing; you will have three direct reports.

Technically speaking, you will be a Python aficionado, experienced with ML/DevOps, pipelines, and solid software engineering. You should own code end to end from a backend perspective, building, deploying and maintaining systems.

Strong AWS experience is required, but general cloud platform experience across other services is also valued.
