Job Description
Title 
Manager of After Sales Service (Plumber background)
Salary£50 - 60K /year + Bonus (Negotiable)
LocationLondon, United Kingdom - Could be hybrid working.
Main responsibilities- Carrying out repairs and maintenance on their strong products in this industry.
- Providing professional and competent customer service.
- Cooperating with the internal sales department on customer offers (technical aspect).
- Documenting work orders and timely internal reporting.
- Managing external warehouses independently.
- Assessing and qualifying warranty claims.
- Coordinating orders and service personnel efficiently (time, costs, territory).
- Serving as the contact person for claim support requests to ensure quick and effective solutions.
- Organizing the after-sales service network.
- Coordinating technicians to guarantee efficient order processing (territory allocation).
- Collaborating on cross-departmental projects.
- Monitoring workflows and processes for optimization and cost reduction.
- Managing and developing the after-sales service team, including personnel planning, staff appraisals, and interviews.
- The company reserves the right to assign other reasonable tasks according to abilities, possibly at different locations, with the same remuneration.
- Valid UK work visa with no restrictions and remaining validity of more than 2 years.
- Completed training as a plumber or professional experience with sound knowledge of the plumbing industry.
- Strong customer and service orientation, considering economic efficiency.
- Team management experience is preferred.
- Flexibility and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Intercultural competence and strong communication skills.
- Sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Class B driving license.
