Manager Infrastructure & Network - Denmark

I'm looking for an experienced Infrastructure leader to take ownership of the enterprise network environment and guide a team of specialists who keep our business running 24/7.

About the role:
You will manage a group of ~10 network and security experts. Together, you ensure stable operations across stores, logistics centres and offices, while shaping the future of the network and connectivity platforms. You'll collaborate closely with major technology partners.

What you'll do:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of network and security specialists
• Oversee LAN, WAN, wireless and cloud connectivity across the organisation
• Ensure stability, uptime and capacity in a business-critical environment
• Integrate security governance and collaborate with central security/SOC teams
• Provide technical sparring while focusing on prioritisation and direction
• Manage suppliers, contracts and roadmaps for network and security domains
• Drive modernisation, automation and hybrid-cloud alignment

What you bring:

• Leadership experience in network or infrastructure teams
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking and security principles
• Experience in large, complex IT environments
• Clear communicator able to translate technical topics for the business
• Fluent in Danish and English
• Certifications like CCNP, CISSP, CISM or ITIL are a plus
